PRE-ORDER POLICY

Thank you for choosing Comic Fortress for your comic and collectible needs.  Our policy for pre-orders follows:

• You will not be charged until your product is on hand and ready for shipping.
• There is no deposit required for your pre-orders, but you will be charged in full (MSRP minus 20%) immediately upon shipment.
• All pre-orders are considered final as of the third Saturday of each month.
• A credit card is required for all pre-orders.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Comic Fortress for your monthly comic needs.  We ask that you review the following policy before filling out your subscription sheet:

• All orders will be shipped on either a bi-weekly or monthly basis – however you wish.  Please keep in mind, though, that a minimum purchase of $100 is necessary to qualify for our free shipping.
• You may feel free to update your reservist sheet online at any time. Please keep in mind, however, that due to ordering concerns, you are to allow up to thirty days for any changes to take effect on your subscriptions.
• If a title that you would like is not listed, feel free to write it in the “Additions” section on your form, and we will be sure to include it for you.
• Finally, remember that your subscription form is a contract. It may be cancelled at any time, but we require thirty (30) days’ notice for any cancellation to take effect.
